Designed and manufactured by an aircraft welder, fabricator and pilot, these headset hangers are durable, light, and functional.  They are manufactured using 3D printing technology and come with stainless steel nylock nuts embedded in the arm to reduce the chance of the clamp vibrating loose. The bolts consist of a stainless steel socket head cap screw and include a stainless steel flat washer. The arm is designed to hold a common (455 gram/16oz. typ.) headset with a 3" wide or narrower headband.  These are to be used in aircraft that utilize a tubing airframe or cage, such as the Piper Cub or Glasair Sportsman/Glastar etc.  Available in three tubing sizes (5/8, 3/4, 7/8).
